A campaign report is the same History export, narrowed to the calls of one campaign. The general report mechanism is described in Reports.

A report for one campaign

Because the report shares its filters with the listing, Campaign produces a report scoped to that campaign: the same export, narrowed to the calls that campaign made.
Do not build a campaign report out of “agent + dates”. It does not mean the same thing: it returns every call the agent made in the period, including other campaigns and test calls. On a busy organization the difference is not a rounding error — a volume estimate built that way can show the whole organization’s traffic instead of the campaign’s.
The report exports calls, not contacts: a contact that was never dialed does not become a row. To see why a contact was not called, use the contact listing of the campaign, which carries the reason and the stored decision.

Ready-made forms

Nobody wants to rebuild a familiar file column by column, so the platform ships some of them. In the same Report template selector, as a separate group above your own templates, sit ready-made forms for anyone moving from the previous version of the platform:
  • Детализация (RU) and Детализация (EN) — the basic 18-column detail report, with Russian or English column labels;
  • Детализация 2.0 (RU) and Детализация 2.0 (EN) — the extended form.
The form names are the ones the previous platform used, so they are shown as they are rather than translated; the suffix tells you which language the column labels inside the file are in. Picking a ready-made form behaves like picking one of your templates: the columns, format and file properties are filled into the builder where you can see them. The one difference is that a ready-made form cannot be “updated” — it is the same for everyone. If you need your own version, change anything and press Save template: you get your own copy and the selector switches to Custom template. Matching the old platform’s files is not a promise but a check: headers, sheets, cell types, file name and values are compared against a reference automatically, and the list of permitted differences is spelled out.

The Campaign field

The report form has an optional Campaign field — a campaign picked by name, plus an “all campaigns” option. It arrives pre-filled: from a campaign page with that campaign, from the History with whatever its filter holds. The field narrows only the export; the History filter and its listing stay as they were.
A ready-made form is designed for one campaign. Pick one without picking a campaign and the file will also contain calls that belong to no campaign — chats and test calls — with every column of the Campaign group empty for them. The form warns about this but does not block the button: exporting a period across all campaigns is a legitimate thing to do.
